Refund policy

 

The Blenko “Love It” Guarantee

Our glass is Imperfectly Perfect. Handcrafted items like Blenko glass will vary in appearance. We take pride in these hallmarks of handmade, individually crafted glass.

If your items are within 30 days of receipt, you are more than welcome to return them for any reason.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping charges. 

We allow one “Love It” Guarantee claim per item on your order.
Again, each item in your order may be exchanged only once through our “Love It” Guarantee claim. 

If you are unsatisfied with your original item AND replacement, please contact us for return labels for full item refund minus original shipping charges. 

 

** There are a few exceptions to this policy listed below.

 


Returns and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy both in-store and online. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused if applicable. 

You will also need proof of purchase like a receipt or order number.

To start a return, you can contact us via email at support@blenko.com, via our online support portal HERE, or by calling our Customer Service Department at (304) 743-9081 EXT. 1

Items sent back to us without first contacting us may not be accepted. 

Items purchased at a third-party retailer (reseller) must be returned/exchanged at the original place of purchase.

Items purchased as part of a Warehouse Sale or Online Seconds Sale are not eligible for return/refund.

 


Items Damaged Upon Receipt 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged.

If you receive the wrong item by error or an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately. 

If your item arrives damaged, we will issue a refund or replacement at no cost.

 


Gift Returns

If you received Blenko glass as a gift and you wish to return it, we are happy to issue a digital credit in exchange for your item that can be used in-store or online.

The gift-giver will not be notified of your exchange/return, but we will need their information to find their original order.

 


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

Refunds are processed in 3-5 business days, or in accordance with your bank's policies. 

We do not offer refunds for items purchased as part of a Warehouse or Online Seconds Sales.

 


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We cannot accept returns on previously discounted items or gift cards. 

Classes, tours, and other in-person experiences each have their own windows of return/refund/exchange that are disclosed below (and in their listings when relevant).

 


Tour and Experience Refunds

Tours can be canceled for a full refund up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled tour are refunded via the Tour Refund Request form on a case-by-case basis. 

In-person Experiences (Blow Your Own and Design Your Own) can be canceled up to 7 days prior to the scheduled experience for a refund of the ticket cost minus a $10 cancellation fee.

No refunds will be issued for failure to wear appropriate footwear or clothing for any in-person experience or tour. 

 


Blow-Your-Own/Design-Your-Own Returns

If your BYO or DYO Experience piece cracks while annealing or while in transit, it will be replaced.  

Items shipped as part of a BYO or DYO Experience can not be returned, refunded, or exchanged for quality concerns. Please remember our artisans train for years to hone their skills and still do not always create first quality pieces

We ask our guests to please understand that their Experience-made pieces may not be as "show-room ready" as those of our glass artists on staff.

 


Auction Returns and Refunds

We cannot offer returns and refunds for auction items unless the item was damaged or lost in transit.

 


10-Day Price Match Policy

If you see a discrepancy between an item you have purchased online or in our VIsitor Center and see a lower price within 10 days for the same item, we will honor a price match (or refund the price difference) for 10 days after a purchase for your order.

 


Since we cannot control the retail pricing of our wholesale vendors, we will not honor price matching for items purchased from resellers.
