2. Artwork Review – Our team checks your files for compatibility with glass pressing and reaches out if adjustments are needed.

3. Receive a Digital Proof – You’ll get an email with a link to your proof—review and approve, or request changes.

4. Revisions (if needed) – We’ll tweak and resend the layout until you’re 100% happy.

5. Production Begins – Once approved, your design is hand-pressed and finished by our team in West Virginia. Orders are typically ready in 2–4 weeks.

6. Pickup or Delivery – Choose shipping or local pickup during checkout.

Design & File Guidelines

Custom suncatchers require clean, bold artwork that can be pressed into glass. Here’s what we recommend:

• Preferred file formats: .ai, .eps, .svg, or .pdf with text converted to outlines

• Also accepted: .jpg, .png, or .tiff at 300 DPI or higher

• Avoid: screenshots, web graphics (typically 72 DPI), or images embedded in Word or PowerPoint

• We cannot accept: photographic portraits, images of pets or faces, or highly detailed illustrations—glass can’t capture fine lines, gradients, or facial features effectively. These often result in disappointing final pieces.

Can I order just one piece?
Yes! Many customers order a single suncatcher as a gift or personal keepsake. There is no required minimum quantity.

Can I order multiple designs at once?
Yes, but each design may require a separate mold. Let us know your vision and we’ll provide guidance and pricing.

How long do you keep my mold?
We keep your hand-carved mold on file for up to one year, so reorders are quick and cost-effective.

Do you offer gift packaging?
Not by default, but you can easily pair your suncatchers with custom gift boxes, velvet pouches, or display stands for presentation. Many customers add these locally.

Can you create something based on my idea even if I don’t have artwork?
Yes. We include a limited amount of design support in your order. For more complex ideas, we’ll quote additional design time upfront.
